Gourmet Campus Gardens: 
Organic vegetable & herb gardens are sprouting up on university campuses across New Jersey and New York, thanks to Gourmet Dining in partnership with My Local Garden. 
Students are learning about gardening and how food grows, connecting with nature, gaining practical skills and building community.  The gardens are outdoor classrooms.  Fresh food from the garden is prepared in the campus cafeterias for students and faculty to enjoy.
