Axel's Backyard Farm in Mendham: We turned the lawn into a small farm. Designed beautiful woodchip paths that look like the tree of life. The woodchuck lives behind the garage, but can't get in because we buried the hardware mesh fencing a foot deep and flanged it out to keep him from burrowing under.
Amy's Backyard Gardens - East Brunswick: Two large growing areas. One framed in cedar, one framed with stone. An abundance of tomatoes, other vegetables, herbs, and berries!
Gale's Raw Cedar Deer Fence - Bernardsville: Trying to keep out the deer here was challenging, but we did it!

Bruce and Laura were only planting low growing plants, no tomatoes. So

Dominique and Monika's Garden, 2010: Their dad, Charles, helped with construction, My Local Garden advised on how to keep those deer and bunnies out. Best to cover it all up with fencing material, create a small fort knox :)
Larry's Garden - Bernardsville NJ, 2010: Larry is the fire chief of Bernardsville. Notice he has the water hose right in the garden, just in case of fire, his veggies will survive :) ! He's also known as the farmer on the street.
